Refund policy

Lumibout refund policy — Last updated: 7 November 2026

We want every event to go well. If it doesn't, we make it right.

Subscriptions (Plus and Pro). Cancel any time from "Manage subscription". Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again. If you forget to cancel and haven't used the paid features since the renewal, write to us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund.
Event Passes. A pass you haven't used yet is fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once its first game has started, the pass is used.
If something goes wrong on our side. If a game fails because of a problem with Lumibout, we refund the pass or that month of your subscription, whatever the timing.
How to ask. Email [email protected] with the email address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5–10 business days.
