By using Lumibout you agree to these terms.

The service. Lumibout lets hosts run live quizzes that players join from their phones. We may change or improve features over time.
Your content. You own the quizzes you create. You give us permission to store and display them so the service works. You're responsible for what you put in a quiz, including pictures and links, and for having the right to use it.
Fair use. Don't use Lumibout to harass anyone, share illegal or hateful content, collect players' personal data, attack or overload the service, or get around limits. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Players. Hosts are responsible for their games and for asking players not to share personal details in nicknames.
AI-generated questions. If you create questions with an AI, check them before you play. AI can be wrong.
Availability. We work hard to keep Lumibout running, but it's provided "as is" without guarantees. We aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (zero on the free plan).
Ending. You can stop using Lumibout and delete your account any time. We may stop offering the service with reasonable notice.
Changes. We may update these terms; we'll change the date above.
Payments. Paid plans and Event Passes are sold by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record: it handles checkout, taxes and invoices. Our refund policy is at lumibout.com/refunds.
