Majority rules: a team building game with no wrong answers
Ask questions with no right answer — “Best office snack?”, “Ideal team offsite?” — and everyone picks on their phone. You score by picking what most of the room picks, so it’s about knowing your team, not knowing facts.
How it plays
- Mix it into any quiz. Switch a question to “Majority rules — no right answer” in the editor, or write a whole round of them.
- Everyone picks. Players join with a PIN and a name and choose an option on their phone.
- The room decides. The big screen shows “The room says…” with the spread of answers. Everyone who picked the winning option scores — ties all win.
When to use it
- Warm-ups and icebreakers
- Team building days and offsites
- Mixed groups where trivia would leave some people out
